Quick Start Shared Services Management Personnel

John Gehrt has held senior executive management positions with retail, direct marketing, manufacturing, food processing, transportation, distribution, Internet, software development, construction and Not-for-Profit organizations. Over his 23-year financial management career, Mr. Gehrt has worked at executive and board level with companies ranging in size from small businesses to Fortune 500 organizations. His experience includes startup, turn-around, strategic repositioning, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Gehrt has taught Strategic Planning, Finance and Statistics in adult education advanced degree programs. Mr. Gehrt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Puget Sound.

William Anderson brings over 20 years of senior accounting experience in the startup, hyper growth, mature and transitional stages of the business life cycle. He has held the position as Controller in the retail, wholesale, manufacturing and non-profit arenas. His career includes the design and implementation of complex divisional and legal entity accounting systems. Mr. Anderson brings unique expertise in managing successful financial, tax compliance, insurance and benefit audits. Additionally he has effectively executed due diligence proceedings relating to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Anderson graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Business Administration.

Jennifer Schneider, PHR, has worked in a variety of organizational roles focusing on strategic company growth and operations. Prior to working for QS³, as a Human Resources Manager, Ms. Schneider was an HR Generalist for Greatergood.com, where she focused on recruiting and benefit administration. As an HR Coordinator at Metanetics Corp, Ms. Schneider successfully played an integral part in the company’s life cycle by procuring resources, developing procedures and policies, and hiring taking the organization from an early stage start up to 40 employees. Ms. Schneider holds a BA in Education from Washington State University and an MA in Human Resources Development from Antioch University. Ms. Schneider also is a certified Professional of Human Resources.
